The villa represents 4 bedrooms detached house with a mini-pool, chill zone around the pool and a back yard with grill zone and dining area. Located on the top on the hill, overlooking the Pagasetic gulf the villa becomes a best choice for big families with small kids and those, who appreciate comfort, luxury, style and silence.
BASEMENT
There are two bedrooms in the basement. Each basement consists of WC with toilet and shower, storage room and a spacious bedroom. One bedroom has a king-size bed, another bedroom has two singe beds, both bedrooms have wardrobes, storage rooms and SMART TVs. Additional baby cot can be provided on the request basis.
GROUND FLOOR
Ground floor comprises opened plan kitchen, dining room and a living room with 50 inch SMART TV. Sitting area, organized on the terraces of the ground floor is made to relax and enjoy the breathtaking views of Parasitic gulf. The outdoor dining area at the back yard is particularly designed for those, who like to enjoy long eveningы in the South without being afraid disturbing the neighborhood.
MINI POOL AREA
Small pool (3,30 m long) together with sun lounges is an ideal fun area for kids or adults, who decided to stay at home, or just wish to get fun after the long day by the sea.
1st FLOOR
There are two bedrooms on the first floor. Every room has double bed 180 x 190 cm, TV, wardrobe, desk beside tables and a pouf. Each bedroom is connected with the bathroom and has an access to the big terrace with sun beds under the pergolas. Stunning views, comfort and silence will guard your serene relaxation, surrounded by the singing of the birds and whispering of the sea.
